Careless staff with zero accountability. 1. I had minor boils on my forehead, which were barely visible but while removing blackheads during facial she scrubbed the equipment so hard while exfoliating that the boils turned red due to blood and it feels like I have bruises on my cheek and forehead. I had not checked the mirror yet because the facial was in progress. So the lady told me 'thoda aapka face sujaa hua lagega ek-do din but baadme normal hojayega" I complained later when I saw it because it feels like I have been hit on my face! The one who did the facial was an escapist. She was quite! 'The other one said aap hath matt lagao kuch time mein thik hojayega' I asked kitna time? She said wo kaise bata sakte hai? 2. Some of facial scrub was left in the hair near my ear. The one who did the facial should have cleaned but she didnt. Later, atleast the one who was washing the hair should have washed it. When confronted, they both were blaming eachother that the other one should have done it. 3. I have dandruff so I'm consulting a dermatologist. The one who washed my hair goes " Kitna dandruff hai!... Aap spa kyu nai karte every month? Fir chala jayega dandruff and oil lagao, usse dandruff nai hoga" I told her about the doctor. She said " uske liye dermatologist k pass kyu jaate ho?" (Are you kidding me!!?) Just FYI dermatologist is a doctor for skin and HAIR!!! dermatologist ke pass nahi jaau toh kiske pass jau??

It was good at first.. but now the beauticians have bad attitude and bad behaviour... I recommended it to most people but now it's the worst one in virar..
