1 star is only because the hair cut was good but not excellent. Overall my experience wasn't good because everytime they told me different charges for hair wash, hair cut and hair set (blow dry). Day 1: When I met in person and asked for charges the guy said 400. Day 2: When I called over phone and asked the receptionist said 100 (hair wash) + 150 (haircut)+ 100 (blow dry) = 350. Day 3: When I actually went they charged me total 550 = 250 (hair wash)+ 150 (haircut) + 150 (blow dry). I was amazed by this variation. My hair length is below or equal to medium. I haven't seen any saloon charging >100 just for hair wash. Reason I was told that I have oil on my hair. Why would I choose to go for hair wash in saloon if my hair are oil less? I have never heard such excuses from any saloon yet. This is my genuine review, so please beware from this incident.

I had my threading waxing and upperlips here by kalpana mam the best experience ever had.Threading is according to my face Structure that suits me the best and upperlips and waxing are painless.Must visit!

What can I say, but I must to owner just shutdown parlour portion and run only haircut section. I go for facial & it is done within 30min. I spent 1k over facial & staff was busy doing gossips & galiloch to eachother. Day by day quality was going bad. You guys charge exactly market value but your service is so bad. I would like to say to the customer personally don't visit this Bombay plaza for facial. For haircut section they are superb. If I spent money on anything I need service not like jaldi jaldi kro aur khana khao. Owner please do something over this.

My experience with bombay plaza is excellent as previously my face was having acne and pimples later tulsi mam suggested facial which was good and amazing and now I am a happy customer Thankyou Tulsi Mam

Excellent experience each and every time i visit here .... had clean up from madam names tulsi ... very well did ... with so much of maintained hygine ... highly highly recommended
