    I had asked for layers and the length to be around 10 CM more than my armpit but they cut it above the armpit. Didn't get layers around the face too. My sister asked for a wolf cut below the shoulder. She only got bangs and few face framing side and hair above the shoulder. And for reference the problem wasn't our hair. We went to other ones in the past and the layers and wolf cut came out just fine and they didn't trim it above the length we wanted. Very very disappointed. My hair reached my waist and they cut all of it off. The reason why I couldn't say anything was because I was trusting the process and wasn't wearing my glasses. Never going there again.i assumed they knew because they didn't ask further questions but gave me something I didn't want
