Raman and Deep did mine and my sister's nail. They were very polite and the precision they did our nails were amazing. Whenever you go to the parlour look out for them. They are amazing!

This is a very welcoming, warm, yet homely place. The moment I entered I loved the asthetics- two toned pastle walls, green plants, warm white lights, and smiling faces. The staff was well dressed, professional and well trained. They helped me select the best options of services I wanted, offered beverages. They took really good care of me throught out. All the services well top notch. The one thing that I liked about the staff the most is they were very sensitive about my feelings of comfort/discomfort. Before I said they understood that I need a blanket or waxing pain is ok or not... Massage pressure is okay or not.. They all talked very sweetly also. I'm glad I found them in Shillong. Although this is a place far away from my home, I will always remember the quality services they provided. They have set a bench mark for me with which I am gonna compare such services at different places. The services that i took- waxing, pedicure (including foot massage), hair spa (including head and shoulder massage) Thanks Lash and Co. You were amazing!

My mother and I had gotten our nails done with them barely 2 weeks ago but both her and I have had issues with the same. First, I had an issue when I was getting my nails done and it took 4 hours for them to be completed. Secondly, both our nails have broken (more than 5) in these past 2 weeks. Spent 10k and unfortunately it seems like a waste of time and money. However, the staff is very friendly and sweet. Initially the work seemed well done as well. Credit where credit is due.

We had such an enjoyable, relaxing experience at Lash and Co. The service was friendly and professional. We had the hot oil head massage as well as a foot and shoulder massage. Every part of the experience was lovely and we highly recommend Lash and Co!
