The hair cut I received was so badly done that I had to go to another barber shop just to redo it. Very bad experience

Interior works are awesome.... though it's bit expensive still it's worthy to go there. And spa is very good and they are well experienced/professionals.

It was a haircut and spa session that was not to be! Unaware about the pleasant but laid back life of late winter evenings at Kohima, I missed an opportunity of utilising their services. I reached at 5.00 pm and since the salon was closing at 5.30 pm, the staff was on the way out. The owner / manager was the most polite girl I have come across. She did her fair bit to try to hold one of the ladies back but with pitch dark outside and ppl having to travel far, she couldn't make available a masseur / masseuse for me. Nevertheless she arranged for a hair cut which I politely refused since I wanted it all as a package. As perfect hosts, I was served a wonderful flavour of hot tea and I enjoyed chatting up, knowing a bit about them before taking leave. Unfortunately, I missed taking a pic with the team and rue it!

Nothing out of the ordinary for gents. The barbers work in a poorly lit environment which makes me wonder if they're used to poor lighting or are simply making do. Get your humbug cuts here. Average service befitting 3 stars.
