I can't say enough good things about this salon! Every time I come in, they absolutely nail my highlight color -- it's always perfect, exactly the tone I want. The haircut is consistently spot-on too, like they just get my style without me having to say much at all. On top of that, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I always feel genuinely cared for, not just as a client, but as a person. It's such a positive, relaxing experience that I actually look forward to every appointment. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

I called Hairapy first thing in the morning desperate for an appointment that day for my hair color to be corrected (It was done the day before at another salon). They got me in with Jessica that day. As soon as I sat in her chair, I knew I was going to leave there happy! She asked to see a picture of what my hair looked like before the color mishap at my now former salon and right away she was confident in what she had to do to fix it. I cannot express how happy I was when I left there. Jessica is not only amazing at what she does, she was also a lot of fun to talk to during the process!! I made my next appointment before I left and I am looking forward to going back!

Their customet service needs some lessons! The owner was so unprofessional and surely doesn't know the meaning courtesy. My 80 yr old mother left crying today as she was treated so rudely. when she was making an appt shexwas told tgey weren't making one for her ! If you felt that way then you have common courtesy and say it quietly. Apparently, they don't like yo be told how someone want her hair done or if they try yo fix it by brushing it on their own not bothering anyone. Honestly, family members told her not to go there after day 1 because it never looked right but my mother wanted to keep giving a chance well was she wrong!! You apparently can't take recommendations on how someone wants hair. Funny she kept coming back to be treated rudely so sad They never listened and treat paying customers with no respect. The owner needs some mannerism lessons on how to listen to customer even when they are called nicely to explain and was so rude and disrespectful. would never recommend this place. There is a way how to talk to someone!!!! esp a customer !!!!

Jessica did an incredible job on my daughter's hair. My daughter had her hair done elsewhere and the stylist did a terrible job leaving my daughter in tears. We called Hairapy and they told us to come in for a consult this morning. When Jessica saw it she said she would be able to fix it and even offered for us to come back in an hour which we did. My daughter left smiling ear to ear and said she will go to Jessica for the rest of her life. Highly highly recommend them. So caring and nurturing and so sweet plus extremely talented

Okay people! Listen up! Hairapy is the best place ever! I have tried many different types of salons and nobody treated me they way they did with such respect.I have coil curls and not really sure how to maintain or really take care of them. Lindsay took the time to explain everything before doing it and took the time to show me how to take care of my curls and how to straighten my hair with out burning it. She was absolutely amazing and I felt comfortable and trusted everything she does. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process. I can't wait to go back. You guys need to give it a try. Everyone who works there is super nice.

Jessica was amazing! I had tried to bleach my hair on my own, but it went horribly wrong! I came in and Jessica was able to fix and give me a brand new look that I loved. 10000% recommend. I left glowing.

My husband and I recently relocated from Long Island to Suffern. I ran into our new neighbor who had just had her haircut. It looked fantastic! She gave me the name of the salon and her stylist, Sandy. I called and made an appointment with Sandy. I had my haircut done today. WOW! Sandy is absolutely fabulous! She REALLY listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I had requested! My hair looks amazing! Sandy is not only a very gifted stylist, but she is such a pleasure to converse with. So down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable right from the start! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Hairapy and would highly recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed!

I was here and I showed a picture of what I wanted instead of being brunette with highlights i was a blonde, and instead of a trim I got so much cut off and the service was horrible she didn't know what she is doing.
