Sarah's Nails Mahwah

I have known Sarah for a very long time. I was so happy for her when she opened her own salon in Mahwah and not surprised that she is doing well. I have tried other salons in the area and Sarah, by far, is the best. My gel manicures last the longest and still look great after a couple of weeks. Great pedi too! Her staff are friendly and competent and the salon is bright, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Had to take a second and write this review for the great nail work and top customer service. I got the Chrome finish, and it gives me a clean, polish, elegant look! Thank you, Sarah, for making my nail experience the best!!!

I was really debating leaving a review because I've never left a negative review before but I've never been so disappointed in a salon. I've known Sarah since I was little she was the first person to do my eyebrows. Years later I found out she opened her own salon and I was so excited to have her do my nails. She was super sweet and welcoming until I started to ask her to fix the shape and length of my nails. I originally had made an appointment for an acrylic fill but she immediately told me she's doing UV gel. That was the first red flag. Second I asked for her to change the shape but later noticed that it wasn't how I liked it so I had asked her to fix it. I know after already shaping them it can be hard to file it to a different shape but her tone of voice and attitude completely rubbed me the wrong way. She laughed at me when I told her that I didn't like how they looked. The shape and length were all different on each nail. I expressed how I was feeling and explained that if I'm going to pay a service especially an expensive one I want to be happy. I was extremely uncomfortable through the entire experience and so nervous to speak up about anything else. She continued to do my nails but didn't once ask if I liked them or if she could change anything else. I will not be returning to Sarah's nails in Mahwah. The owners customer service and lack of patience and respect was unbelievable.

I had an amazing experience at Sarah's Nails in Mahwah! Judy did my nails and she was incredible--so professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The salon is clean and relaxing, and my nails have never looked better. I'll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Judy and this salon!

The staff is so incredible!! All of them are so sweet and talented. My nails always turn out amazing every time!! I've been going to Sarah for about 3 years and she's amazing!! Pricing is perfect and I have never had a bad experience!!

I found Sarah's nails 2 years ago when I was searching for someone to do a good job for my wedding nails. Sarah and her team are by far the best nail salon I have been too. They are professional, personable (remembered my name from the first visit), and I have never had gel nails last so long since going here. Couldn't recommend them more. I even moved away but still travel 30min just to use them. They also have a great selection of colors and do great nail art and acrylic sets.

Sarah & Mimi are the absolute best! I've been going to them since beginning of March for my gel nails and pedicures and it's hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. It's always clean and they are always so friendly. While it's a smaller salon, I never feel rushed and it's always a good environment. They pay attention to every detail and actually care about their business and their customers!! I always leave with my nails looking perfect & exactly how I want! Sarah can do any design you ask for and they have so many colors to choose from. I'll never go anywhere else. I Highly recommend this salon!!
