Flash Nail & Spa

Came for the first time today and am still sitting in the pedicure chair. I have had hundreds, if not thousands of pedicures in my life, and this is by far the absolute worst one I have received. The girl cut my ingrowns as if I were a 3 year old having toe nails cut, asking me if they feel better when she took a tiny little corner off. Thats number one. Then she does my calluses and scrubs them for about 20 seconds each! I asked the owner how long this woman has been doing nails and she said 10 years. I'm floored. Truly. Save yourself the $31 and do not come here. Please. I'm not even staying to have her paint them at this point.

This is a great nail shop. I only get regular polish pedicures so I can't speak to gels and all that, but Flash Nail is exceptionally clean and hygienic and my pedicures last for weeks. I would maybe give 4.5 if I could just because since Covid the level of service has gone down -- shorter shoulder massage, they don't process payment while you're sitting at the dryer, don't pull the paper towel out from your toes which for some reason I can never figure out how to do (I know, duh.) But these are small things and I feel like all salons have changed since Covid. Just used to be a bit more gracious.

HORRIBLE experience. I will never go back. I went as a walk in and waited, which I expected. I was hoping to get a spa pedicure. They didn't offer me any other type of pedicure but offered the woman next to me. My pedicure was not even 15 minutes. She did the bare minimum. Acted like I was a burden. I have never been treated so poorly. Then I pay and it's $28?! For that? My 9 year old niece could do a better job. I have never paid that much for a pedicure in my life and it was the quickest and worst one I ever had. i didn't want to be a jerk and still tipped. I do not recommend this place at all. I will never go there again. I feel robbed and was treated horribly. I wish I could get my money back.

Always the perfectionist, Jenny took the extra time to fix 3 of my nails that were not in good shape to ensure I had a perfect manicure. Even though it was close to closing time, she never made me feel rushed or guilty at all. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! They always make you feel at home. Also had a great pedicure from Veronica. Everyone is awesome!

My manicure looked really good, but it started chipping during the first week. The polish was applied so thinly, that even though it was a dark purple, you could see right through the polish if you put your hands up to a light. When she was applying it, I could tell that she was barely picking up any polish. I will not be returning.

Amazing experience!!! Michelle took her time giving me a manicure, at same time of Erick massaging my neck and shoulders. I have never felt so good!! Getting a manicure and massage at same time is definitely something u should try, after a long week.

First time. Woman who worked on my toes was a bit rough. I felt like she did way too much on my cuticles. They hurt and it felt like she drew blood, didn't but felt really close. She didn't completely clean off my toes from the polish that was on it beforehand. A few practices that I'm not used, and a tad weird. This was a first time visit and I think it'll be my last time.

Shocking how bad my French manicure was!!!! Bad job in general and white polish all over my fingers...oh I didn't pay extra for all the paint on my toes either. I would suggest finding another place.
