Mary is amazing! She cut and colored my hair on Saturday and I have already received several compliments. The color is a warm reddish brown which is so much better than my normal dirty blond. I have very fine, flat hair and wear it in a pixie style. Mary got the length just right. She also fixed my daughter's hair after her DIY experiment and the result was miraculous!

Mary is an absolute genius with color for red hair. Many of my family members have red hair and she matched mine to my son's perfectly. I've only ever been to one other colorist my entire life who is able to do that!

Last night I went for my hair appointment. I was scheduled to get my hair colored and a blow out. I get there and wait, after 15 minutes, the colorist tells me she can't do my color because I have to sign a waiver because I'm allergic to certain dyes. But this is where it got strange. She said the waiver is in the computer but they don't have any. The receptionist was there and the computer was working. We had already did a patch test 2 weeks prior and it was successful. I had the appointment the week prior and changed it to yes because I had been sick. For all the appointments I had someone call me to confirm. There were so many opportunities to get me to sign a waiver. She offered a free blow out and wash and I declined and left quietly. They should have just put a whites only sign in the window instead of patronizing me. They reserve the right to not serve me and I left quietly. But I reserve the right to tell the world my story. Mary always does a great job. I have very fine hair and the way Mary cuts it improves its body and makes it easier for me to manage.

I wanted my hair blown out, kind of last minute decision. Was not able to get my stylist to put me in her schedule. called Luxe to see if could get it done there, my 1st time with them. The person on the phone was pleasant and friendly, tried to find time for me and did. Put me in with Mark. Everyone was very accommodating, kind and pleasant. My hair looked just ok when I left, not exactly as I would prefer but better than if I were to do it myself of course. When came home needed to fix some of the hair because was not entirely pleased. I doubt that I will return for that reason but also the feel $65 was way too much for this service. I have paid different amounts at different places, but never this much.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff was welcoming. Great wash by Laura . Had S4Tec Keratin with Rick who was professional, personable and really was experienced in the product and process. Highly recommend the salon and product (no formaldehyde and lasts). .

My colorist, who was fabulous, was no longer available. The search began for a new one and it was painful. After 2 years of trying multiple high end salons in Bergen County, and having my hair look worse with each attempt, I found Stephanie at Luxe. My color has never looked better and I get exactly what I want. Stephanie is highly skilled and she gets it. I can finally look forward to the salon experience as opposed to dreading it. So happy I found Stephanie and Luxe.
