did a very very bad job on both me and my sister. they were talking bad talk in spanish when they thought i did not understand. very crammed and small space, making me bleed and was painful manicure.

I'm so surprised by these bad reviews. I have been going here since I moved to the area. I tried other nail salons in town but I liked this one the best. I find everyone is nice. They do a great job. Very clean. Sunday's they get very busy so I just go different days of the week. Now that I live in the area I won't go anywhere else. I hate to make this edit. I started gel manicures. There is one tech there, I never catch her name she doesn't wear a name Tag. But she is very rough. Also always on her cell people. Unfortunately she has destroyed my nails. A few times and I'm done. I'm trying to nurse them back to health. I love Cindy's and I don't want to leave but I think the time has come. her place is beautiful. I love Cindy. I'm just also over whoever parks their red SUV in the handicap spot with no tags all the time and thinks it's ok to leave it when I need a handicap spot. It's always there. Also the nail techs being on their AirPods the entire time. I think it's rude. Cindy, I love you. I think it's time to replace some staff members or have them stop with the phones and the drill file. It destroyed my nails and I have to start from scratch and regrown them all. The 7 years were a pleasure. Thank you.

Cindy is amazing! Took her time to finish my nails even taking an extra hour after closing to ensure my satisfaction. Did not rush the process at all and is very kind and courteous!!

My mom & I went for pedicures today, we had never tried this place and figured we'd give it a shot. so glad we did! not only was the regular pedicure only $20 but they were so kind to us and gave a really great pedicure. if you want very comfortable massage chairs and a 20 minute leg massage, go here! definitely will be going back to try other services in the future.

The woman doing my pedicure did a wonderful job. She was so sweet, super impressed. The woman that did my manicure however, Patty, was aggressive, rude, completely dismissing my consistent reminder to not cut cuticles and that I don't want my nails filed more than they already were. She ended up cutting me 3 times and when I pulled back my hand from the sting of the alcohol swab on my cut, she has the nerve to call me sensitive. She was yanking and pulling my hand the entire time, and spent half the time not even looking at my hand while talking to those around her. Really not impressed with her customer service skills.

The place is clean; I cannot say anything about the quality of the polish as I brought my own. The young lady who did my mani-pedi probably has not been doing it for a long time, or does not know what is she is doing. She was on the phone during 85% of the entire time I was at the salon. Cuticles were not cut properly, massage felt like a vigorous rub. As much as I like Bachata music, I walked out of the place with a headache. On a Sunday afternoon the place is packed, everyone is staring at each other - this was not a relaxing trip!

This is the best salon ever! The service they provide is amazing, and the quality of their job is just perfect. If you like nails that looks good and last a long time this is the best place to go.
