I hate to leave bad reviews but I would hate it more if someone else had the same problem as I did . I got my eyebrows waxed one came out nice but the other had the front of it pulled out. so now my eyebrows are lopsided really upset about this would not recommend coming here staff was lovely but also this is going to take a few months to grow back and it looks obviously bad

Worst experience. I have been to this place twice and twice been a bad experience. First time went for a Brazilian, came out in less than 10min with untidy work. Today walked in after seeing the board outside saying Walk-in's welcome- got my underarm done with untidy work and eyebrows done with a cut on my eye lid which is bleeding. Answer to this incident from this lady was "that she was busy and had no time for walk-in's but took me in anyway" to that my reply was there the board saying welcome and you could have turned me away and I would be okay with it or book me an appointment another time when you free. This was such a bad experience from this rude lady. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are super convenient, always fast service and they always do a nice job of threading my (very thick) brows! They aren't the most innovative if it's been a while since you've got your brows done (if so I have to specify to shape them a bit more) , but they're great at following your natural shape.

Not usually one to leave a low rated review but got my eyebrows threaded recently and the handling was quite harsh and quick that I was left with visible skin irritation!

I was really impressed with this place! I got a last minute brow threading appointment and it was my first ever threading experience. The therapist did a fab job on my brows - tidy, not too thin and not too arched - just what I wanted. And for only $15 it was a steal! I'll definitely go back.

This is the first time that I have my eye brows threaded and they are absolutely perfect. I don't usually do much to my eyebrows and she created structure to my face and the finish is really tidy. I love them. Will 110% go back again. Thank you so much!

I just saw this salon in the street and decided to do my eyebrows there. Threading was alright, but don't go there to dye your eyebrows. Seems like the girl has no idea how to shape the eyebrow, she just put dyes on like whatever in less than 2 min and left me for 5 min, good that I had mirror and some serviettes in my hand to fix this. So disappointed, hope you girls who work there will be more attentive or just learn how to shape eyebrows.

Really rude staff, like another review said the women was on the phone for about 15 minutes knowing I had arrived. It wasn't until I got up and started to leave that she finally hung up the phone. The staff usually never say anything not even Hi or Thankyou. People book appointments because they have a schedule to stick to so being on the phone for a personal phone call for 15 minutes during someones appointment time is bad service. It's dirty and they lean over you, lean on you and touch you too. The eyebrow service is bad too, they can't shape eyebrows at all
