I had my first appointment with Martin several weeks ago for a consultation as we were going to do a complete hair transformation I found him friendly thorough and very informative. Yesterday I finally went in for my service. I found Martin to be very professional. Great communication and really listened to where I was at. The end result for this first sitting by far exceeded my expectations. Martin's level of care and professionalism is like nothing I have experienced. That goes to all the staff who checked up on me during my 6 hour visit. I highly recommend Buoy Salon and Spa. And of course Martin. Thank you Martin can't wait for my next visit. Gloria

My first time at Buoy. Music going on, very funky and upbeat vibe going on. Meg my stylist was lovely. Always explaining what she was doing. Was very gently in her approach. I loved the automatic seats to the basin. With my back and hip this was helpful. Awesome experience, will go back and have booked in next apt!

I had the best experience here yesterday! Kelvin worked absolute magic -- transforming my hair and blending everything seamlessly into a stunning, natural blonde. Not only is Kelvin incredibly skilled, but he also took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I appreciate how much genuine care he showed and took with my hair -- thank you so much!!! The salon itself is so welcoming and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and professional! I felt truly taken care of from start to finish. I can't recommend Buoy enough - thank you Kelvin and the team!!

I've been going to Buoy Salon for years, and Daniel is simply the best! He's incredibly skilled, he understands exactly what I want and always does a bloody good job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. The salon itself offers a fantastic client experience with friendly, experienced staff. Eddie at the front desk is always warm and welcoming too. You walk out feeling amazing and already looking forward to your next visit! Highly recommend this place.

I just had my first appointment at buoy and can highly recommend it. All the staff that I interacted with or observed today were so lovely, personable and really made you feel looked after. Mathias did such an amazing job, really taking the time to understand it, how I manage it, what I wanted and tips on how to care for it. And to top it all off they gave me a lovely welcome gift! Definitely looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been going to Buoy for years now. Mel does my hair and is the absolute best, especially if you are after a natural blonde look. Very lovely, talented lady - she listens and always nails the brief! Possibly a little more on the pricey side but they use high quality products and a provide top notch service so worth every penny in my opinion

Always amazing experience at Buoy! Mel really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect as I am currently dealing with hair loss. The cut turned out even better than I imagined and she showed me how to style it mutiple ways with my new cut. You can tell Mel genuinely care about her clients Highly recommend!!

I found my experience to be quite uncomfortable in the spa, I was getting an eye lash lift, and brows shape and tint. She did a nice job but my beautician made me feel self conscious. I was there getting lashes and brows and she asked rude questions about my skin, one including 'what do you do about your acne?' After already discussing earlier in the appointment that I'm seeing another place for my skin and I didn't want to talk about my skin, as I am happy with it improving. And then being told I should get a facial maybe 2x during this appointment. I understand maybe trying to get people to get a facial with you but I found it more offensive than selling anything. Probably won't return as I felt judge and not super comfortable here.
