I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with my powder nails. The application was poorly executed, resulting in a bulky appearance that makes my fingers resemble balloons. Additionally, the technician did not consult me regarding my preference for a shiny or matte finish and proceeded with a matte application until I intervened. Communication was further hindered by the technician's limited English proficiency, preventing me from effectively conveying my desired outcome.

The young man that works there did the most amazing pedicure and manicure that I've ever had. He was just excellent!. Thank you. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. I'd highly recommend him.

We booked luxury spa pedicures that were advertised as 1hr with a professional hoping for 1hr of pampering. We were done in 35 minutes and when we questioned the price, we were told that the 1hr includes drying time. We would not have paid the premium price if we understood the timing. The facility was clean and the staff were kind .

The beautiful lady i had was very nice and understanding. She cared if she was hurting me also. The experience was so calm, and my nails i have are just what i wanted and are exactly like my reference photo! She took her time perfecting her craft, and im amazed by the outcome. The only negative about my nails is that my nail tech has filed too much off the sides. However, next time i go, I'll ask her to file less. Great experience. Ps, for those wondering, nails were $110 (SNS extensions with ombre).

I got cherry red chrome nails for Christmas done today as well as a spa pedicure and I absolutely love the result! The staff were so gentle and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Came to treat my mum to a pedicure (MediHeel with nail polish) .. First time at this salon so thought we'd try it out and see how it goes.. after reading reviews about how good this place is... absolutely horrible experience. Not so friendly, no smiles whatsoever, especially from the girl managing the front desk. Like they were just being judgemental. I did not like it. If you're gonna be at the front desk, you're supposed to be nice and smile. Doesn't matter what time of day or what, be friendly to everyone. Kindness goes along way. Not look at each other whispering things making us uncomfortable. Kinda triggering. Welcome n greet ur customers as they walk in please. Not worth it for the price we paid. Nail service was good though, the Man who did my mums service, did a great job. No complaints about that.. Thank you for the service though. Loved the colour. Might try again with a manicure in the future as I see others seem more nicer than the receptionist .

I'm not one to get my nails done, but I did recently and I was thrilled. Excellent, friendly service, skilled nail techs, and lovely inviting salon. Very, very happy!
