Iris Store and Studio is a wonderful discovery. Hannah is personable, and above all personal, as well as knowledgeable. One is treated as an individual - even almost as a friend. None of the patronising attitudes found in many beauty salons, nor the sales pitch based on guilt about 'what is wrong' with one's skin or care routine. It's a great pleasure to have found Iris, a truly relaxing and rewarding place to be treated in, with the added bonus of beautiful products.

I got my makeup done for my school ball and loved it! I'm not a big makeup wearer but I wanted something to make the evening feel more special and Hannah did an amazing job! It was exactly what I wanted and made me feel really confident.

Delightful experience - makeup lesson for myself and a friend, taught by Hannah. Fantastic range of clean/organic makeup, too. The makeup I bought soothes my difficult skin instead of aggravating it. Thank you to the whole friendly Iris team!

Completed a Skin Support Facial with Sara and Brow Tweeze with Hannah. Both treatments were extremely high quality and the facial took on a holistic approach which meant the tailored education would fit my lifestyle. I chose Iris Studio because of the high quality and clinically effective products they source. I was welcomed with a relaxing experience that felt very luxurious and relevant to my 29year old skin and experience. Cannot wait for my next facial, more products and a makeup lesson. Highly recommend, this will be my go-to gift for friends and family seeking a pamper-day-out!

Sasha understood what I want and she was so kind to me as though I felt like I was doing make up with one of my very nice relatives. And I looked amazing and gorgeous, felt like a Cinderella touched by a fairy godmother with her magic power. I love you, Sasha and you rock!

Booked in for a special event make-up. Had a great time with Hannah. My make-up looked wonderful. I don't often go full-face and Hannah had taken that into account giving me a soft glowy look. Looking forward to trying out the studio for some skin attention.

Such a lovely and inviting store. The ladies are so kind and welcoming - was like I had been going there forever. I was guided to the best skincare within my limited budget and it is perfect. I am super keen to have a treatment with them, I've just not made the time yet. Just a lovely space for skincare and make up that is calmer than MECCA and more luxurious than Farmers. Have returned to Iris a couple of times and Hannah gave me a fabulous makeover with great suggestions and reasons why one product was better for my 50+ skin than another. Loving the 'natural with a pop' look. Have also had my eyebrows tweezed and coloured. They look great. Was just a bit of colour to make my thicker and greying brows look a bit better. Looked very natural rather than 'holy cow, my eyebrows have been done!'

Lovely experience and facial with Sara. I felt very welcomed and everything felt natural. The space is lovely and inviting, the bed was heated and the facial itself with the massage was really nice. Thank you! Worth checking them out. They also sell great products too and are in a central town location but no noise was heard from outside :)
