Awesome customer service, they were fully booked when I went in. But they still did my acrylic set! The lady who did my nails was awesome made sure I was comfortable! She did an amazing job, highly recommend.

I just spent $35 getting lip and chin wax. Literally my lip feels exactly the same before I walked in. Not to mention the obvious hairs I can feel in the corner of my mouth are still there! Very annoying as I only ever rarely get this done and it was a complete waste of money. I just had to go and buy some "hair" so I could finish it properly myself. It's the attention to detail that is needed for this fine part of the face.

Really stoked with my experience here! After a not so great experience somewhere else with builder gel I wasn't so sure about trying again and wondered if my nails were just too weak for it to work for me. When I booked I left a note about my concerns and was looked after by the owner Kim. I love the results, two weeks later they are still in great condition, and I've had many people compliment me on my nails! I'll definitely be going back.

Ivy is very talented and confident. I was in really good hands (pun intended) and she took my ideas and combined them into something special. Really impressed. However, I also got brows and lip waxed and sadly I had bad irritation and scabbing for my wedding, on both areas, despite never having issues in the past
