Shannon is everything you want in a beauty therapist! Not only is she unbelievably talented at beauty treatments, she's also a kind soul who makes you feel instantly comfortable when you walk into your appointment. Her chat is incredible, it feels like you're catching up with your bestie and walking away with beautiful brows and lashes - how incredible is that?! Shannon is such a professional, she's accommodating to your needs and super transparent about what to expect from the treatments. She makes sure she understands what look you're going for and she nails it every single time. No one does it better than Shannon!! Cannot recommend enough!

Shannon is super lovely, knowledgeable and professional. I had my eyebrows laminated and they look AMAZING! I was meant to have my lashes lifted in the same service, but the previous salon (not Shannon) over-processed them. Shannon was so lovely, explained it all to me. She was so nice about the fact I couldn't have the treatment, she even put a growth serum on my lashes free of charge. Thank you Shannon, I'll happily be back
