Thank you ladies for one of (no, the best) facials I have ever had. Special thanks to Dini. I had the deluxe which included a massage. We will make a point of booking everytime time we come to Wellington. Have booked in for November!

The vibe of the whole place is super relaxing; modern and pleasing decor, calming music playing in every room. It's the best part of my week when I can come in after a long day and just zen out for a bit. I love coming to see Lucy, she's absolutely wonderful. So sweet and gentle, professional and friendly, and she always does amazing with my brows & lashes. She's very attentive and makes sure you understand the procedure you're committing to if it's not something you've had done before. Electrolysis might be a little bit painful of course, but I've started to see the difference after a few sessions and I'm very happy. It's a journey to get to the end result but will be well worth it I'm sure! And the cooling stuff she puts on my face at the end of those sessions smells lovely haha. Thanks Lucy & team :) x

Really enjoyed the overall experience of my first visit to Urban Sanctuary Day Spa. I went in with no expectations but left thoroughly impressed with the both the service & the setting. Linley is a wonderful communicator who did a great job of my brows, & the massage included some lovely extras that I'd not experienced at other, similarly priced day spas. Exactly what I needed at the end of a busy work week!I look forward to my next visit.

My husband gave me a facial/body scrub and massage as a surprise for my birthday. We were visiting from Auckland and I can honestly say this was the best spa experience I have ever had. The lovely lady who did my treatments was obviously very knowledgeable in what she was doing and gave me hints on how I should look after my skin going forward. Her massage was so nice and relaxing and my skin felt so soft and buttery at the end. The owner Linley was so helpful and engaging and went out of her way to help me choose some products to help with my skin concerns. The glass of bubbles to finish off was the icing on the cake! ...will definitely be back next time I'm in Wellington !!! Thank you so much.

I'm travelling and needed my eyebrows shaping and tinting and also decided to have a lash lift. Amy was great and I ended up m with exactly the results I wanted Also had a luxury pedicure with Dini. This was amazing, my feet felt great afterwards. I would definitely recommend both Amy and Dini, it was such a pleasure to have treatments with them

Came here for a deluxe facial on Saturday and really enjoyed it! The whole experience was very professional and soothing and I felt super relaxed in Jo's capable hands. I especially enjoyed the back massage she gave at the beginning and her walking me through what products were being applied. I would definitely return :)

Had a neck, shoulder back massage as a birthday gift. Not something I'd normally do for myself but thoroughly recommend it. Lucy was fabulous and the whole experience professional and quality. I am converted and will be booking again. Thanks.
