Sammy has been an angel sent from above! Not only is he the best human being with the biggest heart, but he did the best job ever with my hair (it's not even been 24 hours and I'm working from home, but I got like a million compliments and my new passport pictures taken). I booked myself in with him for a balayage after 5 years of avoiding hairdressers due to terrible experiences. There has been a hiccup, but he didn't hesitate for a second to stay late and make me pretty again with an excitement that's almost not measurable. Very thankful for everything and I can't wait to see what you do next time (maybe we're trying that blond-ish pink ).

Had an amazing hair session at Vivos Hair Salon yesterday! The atmosphere was so welcoming with good vibes all around it instantly put me at ease. My hairstylist Ayrton was fantastic, super friendly and skilled, and he nailed exactly what I wanted with my hair. The consultation beforehand was really helpful too it made me feel heard and confident going in. Absolutely loved the whole experience, would definitely go here again!!

First time at Vivo Tory Street and absolutely loved the experience despite the torrential rain and hurricane winds! Aryton is brilliant and I really enjoyed his professional and welcoming manner! With the challenging weather and roadworks everywhere - parking was very limited so I was drenched! Aryton helped eased the harrowing experience especially when Google Maps provided incorrect directions to the store! Aryton made me feel comfortable, was very hospitable and I received top notch service! I had the most fantabulous scalp massage ever and the results for my hair were pure lusciousness! My best recommendation for a beauty therapist is Marion at Vivo on Tory Street. She is incredible! Professional, fast efficient and a true perfectionist. My procedure was made so comfortable when the nature of it is not! Her technique was very unique and she made the whole process effortless. Marion is a hard worker and by goodness did she do such a amazing job. I am astonished by the results Marion provided and I will not ever look elsewhere for treatment! I can feel anxious about getting my hair done especially at a new place, but Jade explained everything and also really asked what I was after and took note of that. She gave me a free consult the day before and then we chatted more at the appointment. She made sure I was happy before proceeding and the result was incredible!
