Waxnlaser Midland Wellington

I recently had my first full-body waxing appointment with Katie, and she did an excellent job. I am truly grateful for her exceptional service, and I've already scheduled my next month's appointment.

I was here about 3 weeks ago, and unfortunately, I'm still regretting my decision. 24 days after the laser treatment in the bikini area, I can still see marks, and there's a "shadow" that is darker than my skin in the treated area. This wasn't my first time doing laser, so I know this ist not just "normal" even if my skin is a bit sensible. After the treatment, my skin was extremely irritated. When I expressed my concerns immediately after, I was told, "It's normal, and hurry up," because they needed the room. That wasn't very nice. So, I left, followed all the recommendations, and trusted the process but my skin remained irritated and red for at least 4 days before it started improving and until now some marks are not 100% gone. :( The good part? I didn't have any issues with the underarms, and the laser "worked," as some hairs are gone for now.

This was my first time having wax hair removal at Waxnlaser Midland Wellington, and I had a fantastic experience! Simena did an amazing job and was incredibly friendly. Thank you so much, and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment!

Bear with me... I am on the older side of age and have recently begun transitioning. I've shopped around a few laser clinics and Caydence is the only professional I've come across that made me feel welcome, and normal. I have had a few sessions now and her laser service has been consistently excellent. Someone like myself is often perceived as strange, or a burden.. But Caydence has taken the time to hear my journey, all the while giving an amazing service start to finish. Her casual approach to her service and conversation has eased my fear of judgement. I am so excited to continue this journey with such an amazing professional in my corner. Waxnlaser has a true upcoming star. The clinic itself has also been clean every visit ! I have only seen Caydence but I do not doubt the other staff are just as incredible. I have, and will continue to recommend WaxnLaser. Thank you Caydence.

WaxNLaser Midland Wellington NZ is amazing. I had an appointment at 1150 hrs today (Saturday) and they took me in right on time. Caydence was awesome. I had back and shoulder waxing as well as nose and ears (I'm a male). Caydence was super professional, very knowledgeable and the service was excellent and quick. The facilities are very modern and clean. Overall the best experience. A 5 Star experience for sure and I will be back again next month.

I was Caydences client and she made me feel so comfortable she is extremely gentle and well mannered she is very confident and knows what shes doing. she also is extremely polite and makes great conversation. when i left i was so happy not a hair in sight and felt so confident. 10/10 would go to her again and have recommended her to all my friends
