The service by the stylists there is great. Very politely they ask about everything and give a good outcome but the problem lies with the manager there. My bill came abour 1000+ so I asked for a bill to get the bifocation for which they said it will be provided on my phone as an e-bill( spoilers I didn't got any e-bill). I offered to pay with my card for which the manager declined and said that their POS is not working and only company owned branches have working POS and franchises don't then he made me pay through a QR which was on his self phone. Clearly no bill and a very shady way of taking payment. 2 stars only for the stylists there and their service.
