Very polite staff. Excellent service. It has always been a pleasure to get a haircut (and other(saloon/parlour services) done here for the entire family.

The worst service My close ones used to go Devine, so that i took a chance to try, but got dissatisfaction upto a large extend. They took 500 rupees for a head wash that to using Loreal shampoo!!! Is this joke?? 500 for loreal?? Loreal to koi bhi 10 rupees me kharidke ghar pe use karlega...... I asked for GK, they said it's 700 rupees!!! I am living at Delhi for a temporary basis, I used to wash my hair with KERASTASE with 300 Rupees + blow drier, in metro city !!! I heard a lot about Devine, but same service, price too high.... 500 me Loreal koun use karta hai bhai.. I feel regret Customer ko thagne ka naya tarika! #wasteofmoney

absolutely horrific. they have no idea what they're doing over there. its a huge scam. this place should not even be in business. avoid at all costs unless you enjoy paying to look ridiculous.

Professional staff with all ultra modern equipment's & separate facilities for men n women

The ambience is good, services are good. But they duped me on extra charges. They told me of 2 prices, one for basic Rs 2000 other advanced for Rs4000 and as the owner suggested and as it suited me, I opted for 2000rs Hydra facial, which they did. But they gave me a bill of 4000rs, and refrained from admitting that they had done the 2000rs facial.

This is a Family Salon, in which all types of services are provided.. Mostly all the staff are very friendly & sincere.. I like the salon very much

One of the best salons in Bhubaneswar. They provide you exceptional service and most importantly their approach is so comforting. Decor wise it's very thoughtfully done and there's plenty of area for parking.

I generally don't post reviews for salon services. But my experience here has been so horrifying that I feel the need to warn people before availing any service here. I had visited the salon on January 14, 2020 for hair spa. The staff suggested I take a clean up since I would be waiting anyway after the hair mask was put on. I opted for basic clean up but once we were in the room and my eyes were closed, the staff strongly suggested I go for acne specific clean up. I told the staff repeatedly to not use strong creams on my face and suggested we stick to basic clean up but the staff insisted on acne specific clean up and and went ahead with it. While putting on the creams I kept telling the staff that my skin was burning but she told me it's normal and happens to everyone. After the clean up I had redness and puffiness on my face, which the staff kept telling me would go away in a few minutes. Hours into the day I realised the products they had used on my face had burnt my skin. My cheeks were completely burnt and there were blood clots on my face. This was a day right before my brother's wedding. I went to them on 15th morning and showed what had happened to my face. The owner of course immediately started blaming me that I must've done something to my face after I left the salon on 14th. She downright refused to take any onus. She told me straight up 'we take money and we provide service, after that what happens is not our problem'. Anyone would expect the owner to take more onus and responsibility, specially for someone who owns a salon and claims to have 12 years of experience, for damages done to her clients. Since we had already paid advance to them for make up on 15th for my brother's wedding, which she refused to refund, I got them to do my makeup because the wedding was that very afternoon. Of course, this was a wrong call from my end after knowing what damage they are capable of doing. The makeup was so cakey, I looked like a geisha. My face didn't look like mine. Again they told me it would blend in with time. But alas, I had made a mistake again. I had to attend my brother's wedding with that face hung in shame. They did my brother's make up as well which was equally bad. There was foundation all over his eyelashes. Because I was panicking so much and in a hurry I was not able to take close up shots of my face. But the staff members themselves have clicked pictures of my face and I dare the owner to post it before you jump to defend yourself. I am not naming the staff who did my clean up and make up because she was apologetic enough. But the owner was in her own air that she didn't care as long as she had gotten her money. Please improve your service and learn to take responsibility for any damage done to your clients pursuant to your service Ma'am. Your clients are not stupid and will see through your bad service sooner or later. Thank you!
