I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience that was my first interaction and visit with Florence Ladies Salon and Spa. I had visited the place for hair smoothening and the services were amazing. At my appointment I was delighted to meet mrs. SOMA. She gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel right at home. She also gave me good advice when I was not sure which of my ideas to go with. The owner aunty is quite friendly and make you feel comfortable, I had a relaxing time and the staff was friendly. I plan on coming back when i again visit to Bhubaneswar. I appreciated all of their efforts and high quality customer service. I will definitely recommend to a friend!

Although service was good, but I am not sure about product being used here, they promised to use Loreal but used Be Bonnie, having terrible hairfall after rebonding. Also hair is dried out. And after rebonding hair spa is offered almost everywhere but they denied, even after prior discussion. Staffs are friendly.

Good place to have a hair cut

I have an amazing experience everytime I visit this place. I specially enjoy getting facials and hair treatments done here. Apart from very friendly and cordial staff, they have an added advantage of being in the heart of the city.
