Worst services, inexperienced staff, they had burnt my hand while doing Rica waxing. They charge the amount randomly rather than refering what they have in their chart. On top of that they would try to convince by saying they will give a discount on their so called randomly priced services (for example 2000/- ONLY for full legs and 1500/- for hands and underarms for RICA waxing) and the worst ever services you would have. They charge 3 times more than what a reputed salon, in any Metro cities, do charge. They do just loot their customers. I would never encourage anyone to visit this branch and get into their trap.

Do visit this salon if you want to waste your time and money. Service was really good But after taking the service they charged the amount much more than their price chart. The lady manager I talked to over the phone to confirm the price was so rude and with a bad attitude she said I can't question her why there is the price difference from the actual rate chart because the rate chart was 2 years old, if so then why don't they keep it updated with the latest price chart as per their franchise. For Rica half legs waxing they charged me 1000 whereas it was around 500-600 in their rate chart and which is not the rate even in a mall salon. Keep yourself updated to survive in a small place and keep up through the tough competition. Don't cheat your customers at least

Such bad experience i had here.... I did smoothening on july 28.... Literally my hair has burnt.... From the nxt day itself my hair started breaking.... Can uh imagine loosing lots of hair everyday... How does it feels... Please do not waste your money going to such unprofessional salon....

It's a nice family saloon . My mother had hair highlighting... It was perfect as it looks excellent .and today I had hair cut it was amazing I liked it . Saloon is clean and beautiful too inside

I went to studio11, And I found the behaviour of their staff is very good, my hair styler Sonu, he did his job so well, Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I love my hair cut.

Studio11 is a brand and I have visited there outlet in other cities and the services were great but here at Dhenkanal the services are very poor, I ruined my face after their facial services, got red rashes all over my face and skin is chapped due to the hard scrubbing. I would not recommend anyone for facial here. I had similar experience with hair color, where I had to pay them for no satisfactory results. Would really want Studio11 to deploy well trained professionals here so that we do not have to post such reviews.
