Sagoon ladies saloon & makeover studio

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this parlour... Despite claiming to be professionals, the staff lacked basic knowledge and skills. They struggled to follow even the simplest steps for a facial, and their massage techniques were non-existent. What's worse is the owner was overconfident in their service .. which is completely misplaced .. They seem to think they are providing top notch quality but the reality couldn't be further from that.. & after the facial my skin looked dull & dark.. It's clear they're not invested in providing quality services. UNFORTUNATELY visiting this parlour is a waste of time and money.

I don't know about behavior of their other staffs but when I went to their parlour only one lady is their & I must say her behavior was so rude even my friend is also said the same thing.It was my first time & I just wanted to book them for my brother's wedding & reception too but by seeing that lady's behavior I refused.Literally a big nofrom my side

Probably the worst makeup artist in town. She absolutely ruined my sisters make up on her engagement day. Big disappointment and regret for booking the service here. On top of that, her attitude from start to end was not great. She had no intention of giving a good service and ignored the requests. Make up artists should dedicatedly ensure good services for the big days of their clients keeping customer satisfaction in mind and not have a laid back attitude. Not a great experience
