First of all, we also came to lakme by reading the reviews but after getting the service done we knew the dark reality behind the 5 star reviews. My wife took bridal package and nail art from Lakme. These are the following observations we came across during the entire process. 1. Waxing: They burned her skin like some unskilled worker. This type of service is not at all acceptable 2. Nail extensions : I have attached the pic. You can clearly see the type of work they have done on her fingers. She told them many time as one of her nail extensions was bent. First they denied but later they accepted that they did it wrongly and tried to correct it by giving it a shape but failed. 3. Bridal package: Be aware of the package you are buying. They committed to give one but in reality they give the lower prices product. You have to vigilant about the whole process. 4. Facial: During the package selection she chose one product from the menu. However, while providing the same they were unable to deliver the product as the product was out of stock. Then they convinced her to come to salon a day before the wedding . As facial should be done before 2/3 days from the desired date we denied their suggestion. Finally they promised to upgrade the package but they mixed two three products from different packages as per the product availability. 5. Eyebrows threading: The bridal package includes eyebrow threading. But they forgot to do so and while reminding them they complained back about not telling them earlier as of we are the professionals and need to tell the process. After everything done they kept on telling her to give 5 star reviews.

I had an amazing experience at the salon! Sourab did a fantastic job with my haircut, paying close attention to all the details I shared. The staff was extremely polite and took great care of me. I absolutely loved the overall experience. Highly recommend!

This was my fourth visit to the salon. I have seen it evolving from good to better. Currently, Rinki madam and Sourav sir are doing great. Both of them are experts in their work. The hair treatment was awesome. My hair seems so shiny and smooth. The facial was good too. I had an instant glow. Additionally, the complementary services are too good.

I came for facial. Suprabha did a good job with my facial. I specially liked the technology available for skin treatment. Definitely a good place for skin care related services.
