We had an absolutely terrible experience at Grand Lounge Salon. My wife went in for makeup and hair extensions, and they completely messed both up! The makeup was poorly done, looking nothing like what she asked for, and the hair extensions were uneven and looked unnatural. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Instead of feeling confident, she left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would never recommend this salon to anyone - save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else!

Makeup artist did not even ask me what is my skin type and what kind of makeup i want, rather than focusing on whole face, she emphasised just on eyes and did such a dark makeup for my day function which got ruined because my whole makeup got oxidised within an hour of my event.

Pathetic service, poor and uneducated staff, these people doesn't know the value of other people, went to salon first time, and never going again.
