Quality and services are degrading on a daily basis, one attendant at a time is serving more than 1 customers because of lack of attendants. They are using low quality machines and untrained and unqualified professionals for some service. Rate is too high for some services but for that service they don't have qualified professional.

The service is poor, and I am not satisfied.

I'hv been visiting this salon for more than 2 years...not a single time they ruined anything....everything remains up to the mark and the most important thing...they soo respectfull to their customers I got a haircut at the salon a few days back...which i liked initially but my parents and friends denied it to be like that, i called them the second day and asked if i could revisit for hair redo and gladly they didnt denied. Although i went to the day after getting haircut...still they didnt charged me a single rupee and welcomed me as their precious customer. Precisely as it should be. Excellent work team AH!!
