Infra and hygiene is good but quality of products not upto the mark as seen in the picture; nailpaint after 24 hours of manicure. Waxing also need professionalism. They justify any kind of loops by just suggesting RICA or they intentionally do god knows. Why do you have honey or chocolate wax in the menu if smooth hair even cannot be removed by it. Though the SPA was good if the timing for steaming is ignored.
