Just lived through one of my WORST NIGHTMARES, as I was getting a service done, the manager-A MAN "accidentally" walked into the closed room. What an absolutely horrifying experience. They explained that he was checking the rooms to see if they are clean!The incident took place at 11 AM! A salon that opens at 10 should be checked for cleaning at 9 before the customers are in, I would hope! This experience was absolutely humiliating and I am not sure how many customers they might have tricked like this by appearing to "accidentally" walk in on someone in the middle of their service. Why do they even have a male manager for a salon that mostly caters to women. What a great party for him with all that acceptable access. Let me tell you I had taken the appointment from the same MAN, he was well aware what was going on in the room! Please be careful ladies.
