Looks salon

Very disappointing experience at Looks Salon. I went for a haircut and facial, but the service was below average. What made it worse was the manager's behavior -- extremely greedy and dishonest. Despite me being a loyal customer for over 3 years and regularly using their packages, she deliberately tried to hide the available package discounts. This is not how regular clients should be treated. I expected transparency and respect, but got none. Definitely not coming back, and I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

My go to place for head massage, blow dry and pedi, especially, by Neha. She is my go to person. Professional, polite and very good with all the above mentioned services. And special thanks to Aishwarya (Manager) too for always receiving me with a big smile.
