Got a haircut, told the guy 10 times to not chop off a lot of length. He chopped off almost half of the length of my hair. Literally the dumbest place ever! Reply: I had mentioned a lot of times the length and exact haircut I wanted. If you're employees don't understand something properly they should ask the customer and recheck, instead of saying that others are confused, get better people working in the salon!

I visited the salon this evening for waxing, but it turned out to be a terrible experience. The Beautician was unprofessional and didn't perform the waxing properly. I visited the salon because it had a 5.0 rating, but now I'm unsure how they earned such a high score. It was supposed to be a Brazilian wax, but she used Rica wax instead, and on top of that, she didn't wear gloves or a mask. Please do not go for Brazilian Wax at least to this salon.

Packeges for regular clients are very pocket friendly and excellent services they have .Usha mam is very polite and well mannered lady .
