I've been to this salon 1 month ago for smoothening after brilliant recommendations after my cousin's wedding as she and her team did make up of everyone. Indeed, everyone was looking great. The drawback here is that when I asked for smoothening she denied very politely that my hair are very fragile and won't be able to take harsh chemical that moment which I really appreciate. She asked me to get keratin done as it will make my hair 70% straight and I won't be needing straightner at least till four months. Just after my keratin I wasn't satisfied I told her several times that there's lot of frizz in my hair but she denied ki they are okay. I contacted her several times she seemed busy with other makeups. I paid 4K but the results are nil. Literally, the male help there told me the results will be excellent but not really. I would recommend this place for make up but not for keratin or smoothening. Just after 20 days I've got my keratin done again from some other salon n the results are perfect. I have asked her to return my half amount she's not ready to do so.

Had a first time experience here at Vashika ma'am's studio... I had opt for a haircut and blow dry after wards.. extremely happy with the work..

No respect for customers. I want to give them zero stars. Went there today with my wife and daughters for haircut for all of us. First of all, they made us wait for about 20 mins as their hairdresser was late for work. After he came, they started with haircut for my wife and after that they ask us to wait for haircut of our daugherts as they have other customer as their owner called them to take some vvip customer first. When we told them this is not right. There was no apology for wasting our time. Service industry doesn't work like this. BEWARE - If they did with one customer, they might be doing with all.

Very beautiful make up and hairdo! Services are great and Vashika ji is very accomodating and friendly! Highly recommend her for all ur wedding needs and regular stuff too.
