MUKTA SALON - Hair, Nails, Beauty and Makeup Salon in jodhpur

I've visited this salon multiple times and availed several of their services, also previously recommended among my group (but not now onwards ). unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Firstly, *their offers are very misleading*. The promotions might sound attractive, but once you're there, the final prices and conditions are completely different. I strongly suggest discussing all details regarding pricing before taking any services. Don't blindly trust what's advertised -- they are not transparent. Customer service is another weak point. The place is poorly organized, and they serve customers randomly without any proper system or respect for appointments. It felt very unprofessional throughout. Privacy during services is severely lacking. During a waxing session, several girls were walking in and out of the room without any notice or concern for the customer's comfort. No one even bothered to ask if I was okay with it -- it felt like "just get it done wherever there's space," which is completely unacceptable. The prices are also quite high for the quality and environment they offer. You can easily find better salons that offer the same services at similar prices but with far more comfort and professionalism. In summary, I do not recommend this salon and I won't be returning. They are slowly losing customers' trust by sharing incomplete or misleading information in their offers. If they claim that terms and conditions limit what they can write, I'd say -- there are no word limits on social media, and transparency should be a priority when it comes to customer service.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered even better results. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a fresh look!

Had the best experience here. Pritee and Kashish are the best. Best experience so far in the city and both of them are very sweet. Kavita here is an expert in nails. Overall a very good experience Highly recommend

I had my hair highlighted at Salon Mene Hair, and after the very first wash, I noticed that the color had faded. When I returned to the salon to address the issue, the staff insisted, "Ma'am, your color hasn't faded." Then, they suggested I opt for a "global hair" treatment and mentioned that I would have to pay extra for it--even though I had already paid for my service. Instead of addressing my concern or offering a proper fix, they tried to upsell me another service. It felt like they were more interested in making an additional sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction. I was very disappointed with their approach and would not recommend this salon if you're looking for honest and reliable service. Totally unprofessional behaviour.
