Had few grooming services with them including haircuts, beard trimming, facial and spa. Had a really nice experience. They were prompt in their services, flexible and interested to listening & address their customer's requests. Job done nicely!

Worst, I came at 9:15am, waited as 2 folks was already there. Another guy came, and he took priority compared to us sitting. We 3 decided to leave. No management, guy was dressing hairs wearing shorts.

Me and my friend recently visited The Blade Salon. The female staff was very soft spoken,minded her business and did a decent job. I would give her a 4/5. The male staff, however, didn't seem interested in their job. They hastily cut my friend's hair and were unprofessional as I saw them make snide remarks and laugh at us when we stepped out of the door. I would give the male staff a 2/5. Overall, it's a nice and affordable place for the services for women but the male staff need to behave professionally.
