Lakme Salon

Got pedicure and manicure done. It was the worst experience. Even after repeatedly asking them to not cut my nails too deep, exactly that was done and hence my toes still hurt. My finger nails were very weirdly shaped, some short some not even touched. My hands and feet were dryer and worse than when I entered the salon. I do not recommend their services for manicure and pedicure. Even though I took the basic pack I was charged 1225rs and yet I wasn't given the proper services. They barely wanted to work because I had taken the basic pack and it showed from the results.

Worst place to visit in Kota for facial. As Manager has no knowledge and her behaviour is very rude. She not even Intrested to listen to customer. Card payment facility not available at salon they just said that customer need to make payment via cash or upi only. I just want to say that this salon is not worth to money. Firstly prices are too high and above this they did not tell offer available to customer when customer check they just argue with them. Hence please do visit if u are good at argument and want to waste your time and money

The most horrifying experience ever! I went for a normal hair wash and dry. The person who did my hair he was so rough, I swear he almost pulled out a bunch of hair and they all got tangled so badly. I so regret going here. I feel the smaller salon are much better, Lakme Kota is for sure the worst. Pls don't go, else you will end up ruining up your face/hair/body.

Great experience visiting Lakme for the first time. The facial quality they did is A1 with branded products. Staff is good and ambience too.

I have been here last week and not good experience at all. Manicure and pedicure worst experience not even included nail paint within the services even when it is exorbitantly priced. Card services even not available. Got hail colour done and the staff was in rush rush mode full time. What is the point of paying so much when we are not getting good services. Asking for discount on a huge bill I was given faces. Rude behaviour from the lady who was at the reception. Complete money and time waste.

Amazingly done up salon and superb staff . Had an amazing n relaxing me time . Will surely bounce back soon .
