Extreme slow service.. Ok for hair, but definitely a no when it comes to waxing and threading. They have only one single cubicle for waxing.. So at a time in the parlour only one person can take the service.. The service takes them 1.5hrs to 2 hrs if going for full hands and legs waxing. So basically the wait time can be 2+ hrs even. I wanted a hair spa and hands and legs waxing and threading. For me they took 4 hrs excluding the threading which I refused because of the time taken so far. Parlour does not have much rush but due to only one person at a time plus slow service it takes way too longer for any work.. The staff is also not coordinated at all. I told all my services requirements as I reached the parlour still I had to wait half n hour to 45 mins just to realise that the staff is not even aware of the other services. Only after complaining that I was waiting for a hair spa along with waxing they left their chit chat and provided me hair spa service for which they were completely free. without rush taking 4 hrs does not seems normal, on complaining the same to the owner she did not seem to acknowledge the issue.

It was my first time at Tashu's studio I had a wonderful experience. I got my Hair spa with Manoj he was amazing very skilled. It was very relaxing and he took his good time. Did not rushed at all. It was very relaxing. I would highly recommend I had a Bombini pedicure which was also great. Sushila and Saraswati did a fantastic job. They both were well trained and gave a great service. I was very happy with my experience will highly recommend this place to everyone!
