Was not clean and very unhygienic, the nail tech even after telling her she was hurting me kept doing it and the tools were not cleant, she whipped the nail file on a dirty looking towel. I am not happy with the service as I came home with cracks on my feet

I have been a loyal customer of Bounce salon and have previously had positive experiences with their hair Botox treatments. Unfortunately, my most recent visit did not meet the high standards I've come to expect. The service was performed by inexperienced staff, resulting in uneven results on one side of my hair. Despite paying the full amount, the issue was not rectified. Given the salon's reputation for quality service, this level of service was unexpected and disappointing. I hope the salon addresses these concerns to prevent future occurrences. Regrettably, I will be considering other salon options for my future hair treatments.
