Bounce Salon & Makeover Studio - Sector 11

There were only 2 staff members in such a big salon. I had to wait for nearly 1 hour for just a simple hair wash. Very poor experience. The first branch is smaller has much more staff members. Kindly increase your staff. 1 hour customer waiting time is not normal. If it was not urgent, I would have left the salon.

Disappointed with Time Management and Commitment I had a very disappointing experience at [Bounce salon sector-11]. I had an appointment but I was made to wait for 1 hour without any proper communication or apology. If a salon cannot honor its own scheduled appointments, it reflects poorly on its professionalism and customer service. Time management and commitment are essential in this industry, and unfortunately, this salon failed on both fronts. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time.

I highly recommend this place and if you are looking for a great service then prefer bounce salon. Shaan is one the best hair stylist in the city.He is really good with hair Colors and hair care. I highly recommend him and this salon. Staff is also friendly and customer oriented
