Got my hair smoothening done from this place but it started wearing off within 2 weeks, even after using the recommended shampoo and conditioner. They asked for advanced payment and still did not provide the hair wash service and instead came out with multiple excuses. Quite unprofessional and disrespectful staff. They lure the customers with catchy low price offers but provide real poor service. I would not recommend anyone to get any hair related services from this particular salon.

Went here for a hair spa On a weekday, and this guy named Jay, did a wonderful relaxing spa for me, he recommended the best hair spa for my hair type, and gave proper time for the wash and spa. He is knowledgeable and knows about his job, so you can call out for him n trust him on his skills! Would highly recommend, for superb hair spa

I was in Udaipur for a vacation and wanted an oil massage to treat my damaged hair which was dry and brittle with all the heat and travel. Jay attended to my hair and he was an extremely skilled professional. Loved the experience and my hair looked healthy after the service. Excellent services!

People working in the salon are very unprofessional and lack on many things. They don't even know how to blow dry your hair. When i went to the salon for blow dry, they forced me to rather go for straightening because they did not know how to blow dry with out curls. Then they charged me 650 rupee whereas it was supposed to 350 only. The owner should be careful on how the workers are treating their customer.

Beautiful ambience & spacious salon. Team needs to be trained more in listening to the client & needs. Reyaan is good at his job of cutting hair. Satisfied with my very first visit! Thanks!

Worst salon ever.. they ruined my wedding day !! Please don't book it atleast for your wedding day. Lack of professionalism, try to cheat you by taking full payment in advance so that if any thing goes wrong( because of salon, as they overbook their onsite salon services)on your wedding day they are safe.

Such a nice salon!! All, brand products and such a great service!! All staff is well trained! The atmosphere of salon is also so good that u will really feel relaxed!!
