Exceptional service! Despite it being their lunch break, my hairstylist YUVASHREE waited patiently for me while I managed my 3-month-old baby. Their kindness and professionalism made the experience so much easier and more comfortable. The haircut turned out amazing, and I truly appreciate their understanding, flexibility and dedication

Sorry to say, but I can definitely see the unskilled and inexperienced service from Hairstylist Sneha. I came for a hair washing service, it was a very bad experience because my back and forehead were completely wet because of her work. Well-trained and professional staff will take care of the basics. A mirror is the first thing we need when doing hair, she randomly turned the chair around and hid the mirror. Many to complaint but overall I felt very uncomfortable during the service. Hospitality and basic handling are definitely required. The AC also turns off during service. I chose not to return. Thank You

Worst experience ever. Dint expect this in naturals salon. For kids haircut even without hair wash they are changing rs 850 including GST. Indian popcorn GST is far better than this. Dint expect this from Chengalpattu naturals salon.

I recently visited this naturals salon...and got done - pedicure, haircut, threading and waxing....I got it done from Sneha - she really did the service very well , so much satisfaction, eyebrows are perfect and haircut also too good.
