Raji and team are the best people that I have ever met for my beauty services. I know them for over a decade now and their quality of services had only been scaling up every year. They are so friendly and pamper us from head to toe with a very good pricing chart. I have done all kinds of services here and had absolutely no complaints. I'm waiting to be pampered as a bride

Worst service. Did waxing and ended up having big burns and dark patches due to hot wax. Incomplete removal of hair and unprofessional. They're just in a hurry to finish the service and get rid of you, as if a hundred customers are waiting in queue. Also, they like to think they're the best parlor on earth. They won't provide mini-services like threading, you have to get prior appointment to get their horrible service done. Too pricey and manager shows too much attitude. This place used to be way better back in 2015. Now it's not worth a single penny. EDIT (Post Reply): Before you think you're too smart, kindly open your eyes and see, my name is "Dheeraja", not "Dheeraj". So I very well know it's a ladies-only parlour. Secondly, if you're not the manager then stop behaving like one. You're too bossy and cocky to be able to handle a business successfully. Thirdly, I am indeed a member of your useless parlour. It's not necessary that my Google account name should match with my membership name in your useless parlour. Kindly bother replying to all good reviews also, instead of just replying stories for bad reviews.

This was the first time I visited this place and they did a good job. Raji gave proper instructions on what was good for the services taken. The person who did spa and pedicure was joswin. She was very patient enough and handled the job very professionally.
