I have booked Sumathi, founder of blossom bridal for my wedding make up six months in advance. I have confirmed my expected get ready time three months before the wedding and also couple of times leading to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she sent hair team and didn't show up till the last minute for make up application. When I reached out to her, she gave cool explanation that she didn't know that I have a ritual starting at 8am. How does it matter to her when my ritual start given I have confirmed my get ready time couple of times? I had to have hair team do makeup with the products I had in the last few minutes. She ruined my important moment just like that. No bride deserves this. If the situation had been different of me not showing up having booked her, they would have blamed all clients. How about this experience? How can she get away just like that ruining someone precisions experience without giving any proper communication on why she was or would be late?! Shame on her!!

I had done my makeup, saree draping and hairstyle with Benazir sister for my baby shower....she created excellent look ....and she makes to feel very comfortable and very friendly type.....my whole family was very satisfied with Benazir makeup work.... thank you so much sister definitely i will be recommending to all my surroundings and friends.....
