Eden's Beauty Lounge salon and academy

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I travelled a long distance with my fiance for her confirmed appointment, only to be completely let down by the salon's poor management and lack of professionalism. Despite arriving on time at 3:00 PM, we were made to wait without explanation. After unnecessary delays and unorganized preparation, we were suddenly told they didn't have the glue required for the service--and were casually asked to come back the next day. That was simply not an option, as we live far away. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff. They were neither polite nor professional. Communication was horrible--out of the entire staff, only two seemed to understand or speak English properly, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. This experience was nothing short of disappointing and honestly a waste of time and energy. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If basic communication, respect for your time, and being properly prepared are important to you--this is not the place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had booked my appointment for 3:00 PM, and even after arriving on time, I was asked to wait another 10 minutes. Once they finally called me in, they spent more time arranging things before starting the service. After all the prep was done, I was again told to wait another 5 minutes, but wait for the twist . To my surprise, after all that waiting and preparation, they told me they didn't have glue and asked me to come back the next day! I explained that I couldn't because I stay very far that was like 25km from the shop , and based on the whatsapp chat they were very professional so i opt to travel for the best , but upon reaching there non of their staff speak english and it was very hard for me to have a communication with them after all those things they still didn't offer any proper solution for the specific date of the appointment . This was not just inconvenient, but extremely unprofessional. If they had checked their supplies beforehand, this could have been avoided. Accepting appointments without being prepared shows poor management and bad communication. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

Worst and harsh service. Always new trainees, keep on changing. No gentle approach. Spoiled and burnt my skin. Think multiple times before you go

I've had an excellent experience at this salon. The services are consistently good, and I highly recommend them. Divyaa, my regular beautician, always does a fantastic job. Definitely go for it!
