Envi Salon & Spa - Phoenix Marketcity, Velachery

I used to be a regular customer at this salon, but after a terrible experience last week, I won't be going back. I had my eyebrows threaded before an event and ended up with visible bruises that ruined my look. A few months ago, I also had a bad experience for a facial due to staff shortages. Out of one hour mentioned for the facial the actual service was done for just 15 minutes and they left me unattended. The salon used to provide good service but that's no longer the case. They have an attitude as if we are getting free service from them.

I recently got my nails done at Envi in EA Mall, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. I opted for a simple yellow gel polish with extensions, expecting at least a neat, professional finish. Instead, the result was underwhelming and far from worth the 3700 I was charged. The supposed "nail art" was barely visible, merging with the base color and looking like a mistake rather than a design. The technician didn't seem interested in delivering quality work, and the overall experience felt rushed and careless. Definitely not worth the money or time--would not recommend this salon for nail services when i spoke the manager he said u write the google review this is our charge

The parlour that I have been visiting for a couple of years. The services provided here is great. I have taken a membership here @Rs.1000 only. There are lot of free services for members and for every paid service they give 20% discount. During the birthday month we will be entitled for 30% off. Recently I had taken a service for Fusio Scrub Deep Cleanse & Care Ritual for my hair. It was really great and I felt an excellent transformation of my hair. Mr. Arif rendered an amazing service. The freebies offered for membership is on one of my photos. Today I had a Manicure at Phoenix. Mr. Hari rendered his services. It was amazing. I appreciate his sincerity in his work.

Average. Wife took service for head massage, manicure and hair wash. She felt the guy who did the services was super fast. The quality of service as per my wife was just okay. She feels the service rendered vs money paid was not justified. It looks like they rush services on weekends.

I am a member of this salon and had best experiences with Ganesh and Bittu and other stylists. But today Inwent for a free hair wash ( because I have a paid membership and already paid my fee for the same). I was put to Soma, supposedly popular stylist there and from the very beginning I sensed she was unwilling to wash the hair and I did not get proper treatment as a client. Banging the wash tap loudly , showing indifference and in the end she just walked away "without even saying the service is complete" . If this is This is the attitude displayed am sorry to say your salon stylist need proper attitude training. I come from a salon background myself and worked as asst manager marketing for a big salon brand in Chennai. kindly check attitude of stylist before booking a session. I had a horrible experience.

First of all, I had a very good pedicure treatment. However, I asked for the price beforehand. The offer was a treatment for 2200 rupies. At the end they charged an amount of 2950 rupies. They told me that they did the treatment for 2500 plus tax. That is not fair. I will never come back again.

I used Sabitha for a spa manicure. She was friendly and did a fantastic job. Perhaps the best manicure I have had in a long time.

Visited this outlet with my wife. In this COVID pandemic in background,their sincere efforts towards adhering to the health protocols in the form of filling up of Google health declarations,issuing shoe cover to each customer, using disposable drapes and gowns are appreciable. Mr Naveen was of great help.. patiently he counselled about the condition of our hair and scalp and guided properly towards choosing the proper package. He took a great effort of almost 3.5 hours to complete the treatment. Though compared to other such outlets in phoenix mall like Tony and Guy and Naturals, envy is cheaper still it's definitely expensive. Few interesting offers are going on presently which are considered to be good deals. If planning for weekends,it is advisable to go with a prior online booking..in weekdays,it's like walk-in service. Will recommend if planning for recurrent visits and if ready to spend bucks.
