Saw many videos for pros and cons about keratin...After long search, I decided to do in feathers and got appointment... And Prabhavathi mam made it worthy as always..she will listen, what you say and will customize the service as per your wish and she will not promote any unwanted services for us which will not suit us Or if we are not willing. One of the sweetest person I came across. Prabha akka is very sweet and a professional person. I've never seen her backbitch or tell stories like other parlor usually does. Also I've never seen her giving any negative comment about us when doing any service. Despite of me asking her umtpy number of services akka used to tell these services are enough da please don't waste your money when it is needed you can do and she'll also give home remedies for us to maintain it. I've never seen such a person. I once forgot my gold chain and she called me immediately and gave it to me at my home a person with good sense of humour, passion and who values people more than money. Trust me she is such a darling
