Recently I have done the layers for my hair and the services are good. They are doing as per request with 100% effect and outcome as in pic down! - special mention to anitha as my hair stylist for the day ! I usually come here for all services the service is good and the people are so calm and hospitality is very good Work place and service is neat is clean I did hair cut and Hair spa which was so relaxing and resulting good results Thank you kavitha for the service! Suresh was good for his new space of work but have to improve professionally at his work cos he was struggling a bit to get the style I was asking. And this Greentrends Anakaputhur branch did try looting money from me by saying senior hair stylist this and that we have worked for one hour with you for haircut which was not satisfying cos it was not the style I asked for . Paying money is not an issue but they should check whether the service provided by them is worth charging from a client and I have been visiting this branch for 2 years on a regular basis but today's incident was a total disappointment I am not satisfied with my haircut and also from the response I got in reception. At the end I djnt pay for senior hairstylist service made arguments , cos there was only one male hairstylist while I was entering a saloon and no other was around him he also dint introduce himself as senior stylist. What I experienced today will surely make me to think twice before visiting this branch again for another haircut . Be careful everyone while paying at the desk check and make a proper enquiry in the service they do and they charge.
