Lakme Salon Kilpauk Chennai

Disappointed with Lakme Salon Kilpauk. I had purchased a package that included 3 pedicure sessions, but after just one visit, I was told the entire package had been used up. Despite my payment covering all three sessions, the salon falsely claimed I had availed the full package. I hope this issue is addressed--clients deserve honesty and transparency.

One of the best customer service. I was getting married and haven't ever gotten a facial and didn't want to take risk just 2 days before my wedding. Ms Rinky guided me well and gave me the best solution and would make my face look good without reaction. Further it was her holiday the next day but I connected with her so insisted that only she does the Waxing and face related treatment. She happily came the next day despite her holiday and made me feel special. Did not have any reaction to my skin and the salon was clean and hygienic and privacy.

I took botox treatment which was done by stylist Anusha, she done a great job... And all the staffs where to good in treating a clients!!! And my overall my experience was too good with them... Hope will visit ur salon soon!!!

I am impressed with Lakme's customer service and their exceptional professionalism. I must admit that Anusha is among the best and most skilled hairstylists. I am impressed by her service. Keratin treatment is ideal for those who want a more natural appearance with less damage. I underwent keratin treatment, and the results were incredible. My hair has a glossy and silky shine, with a more natural aspect.They specialized in hair treatment.
