I had a haircut appointment today, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The stylist really understood what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. But the best part? A lovely surprise at the end that totally made my day! I'm really thankful to Basha and the whole team for their top-notch service. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited lucre salon for a haircut and I am really happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The salon itself was clean and well maintained. The stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a perfect cut that suits my face shape and style. They also used good quality products and gave tips for hair care. I walked out feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great haircut and service.

Don't go here by looking into their insta pages. This place might be okay for a hair cut if you never had. If you value your hair , money and preparing for any special occasion please don't go here. Money is the focus.I took Botox + root touch hair colour and my hair turned like dry paddy stalks with grey hair. They have not told there are chances the product will not work if used any other root touch ups before. I told them I used root touch ups and hair packs. They gave n number of reasons which they didn't mention before, I read the clause and I was totally fine. I was hoping that they will not charge me 10k plus 3k products for my low density but i still agreed with no comments paid and even bought the products. Basha was just selling . I was heartbroken by how he focused on money. No offence to the other staffs though they were good.In the beginning I clearly told him i want results and money doesn't matter. Felt like I was scammed. In mid of the treatment when the hair looked bizarre he started asking all questions which should have been in the beginning. + After this review Basha called and started having an argument and kind of yelling and was blaming me for becoming the reason for people losing job. I truly have no intention to blame the stylists. It was my genuine feedback to general public. I felt that he was trying to prove someone while I was on the call that it was my fault.

I had an amazing experience in this salon! Mr.Basha took time to understand my preferences and gave me a suggestion on the style that perfectly suits me. His attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. His precision, expertise, and friendly approach made the entire experience enjoyable. Other staff members were also so polite and friendly.
