My visit to McQueenstown for Nourishing Spa was absolutely wonderful. Dhanalakshmi provided excellent service. Professionally perfect. The Hydra Facial left my skin with a radiant glow and feeling completely refreshed, and the pedicure I received was incredibly relaxing and expertly done. Amazing service by Rizwana. From the moment I stepped inside, the staffs made me feel so welcome and well cared for me and my kids as well. Special thanks to Devi and Deepika for taking extra care. The spa's ambiance was good and clean, and the service was truly top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone seeking high-quality treatments.

I had an amazing experience at Queenstown! The staff membet Fathima was made me feel completely at ease. I opted for one of their affordable service combos and it was truly value for money. The quality of service was top-notch, and they never rushed through anything.

Looking at all the reviews i gave a shot to try hair spa in this salon. I booked an appointment for 8pm and there is no car parking space and it took me 10mins to find a spot so its better you dont go via car to this place I have done hair spa in many places and my go to treatment is frizz ease and as usual the stylist tried pitching for a higher spa variant but i wanted to go with this. The massage was something unsatisfactory though she took 10mins it was all about scratching my head and there was no massage on pressure point and the treatment is also bad though i took frizz ease treatment my hair is frizzy immediately after this (i came back home in car with no wind exposure and it is frizzy within 1hr) I have my family visiting mckingston and heard good reviews hence i came to this place but it was not worth of spending 1200 for a normal hair wash Also the salon lights wer turned off when i was taking my service. We pay you even for the ambience you offer and it was very bad to see all the lights including the chair im seated and the mirro the lights wer turned off and the entire salon had just the entrance reception light. This is very bad and 8pm is not even the close of the business hours

First time here- came looking at google reviews. Dhanalakshmi and Priya did a great job with my hair and nails and Rizwana was very friendly and made me feel comfortable :) will definitely visit often
