I've had a great experience here on my first visit to the shop. The stylist Anno did a great job in understanding what the customer actually wants and delivers it exactly as required! Highly recommended!

Very very very very bad service . No sort of professionalism in anything they do here . Hair cut is terrible and they do not do the basic preparation before the hair cut . I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this parlor for any basic service too . The blow dry service isn't good at all . I spoke to the manager for complaining and she seems to be a very supportive manager to the employee here . No regards to the customers concerns. And offcourse they charge a bomb like they provide the same service like other parlors. Very very disappointed. Wasted time and money

They don't ask what oil to use for head massage. They do it for 10mins - no steam - no head wash provided! asked for 700rs straight! I paid 500rs that's a complete waste too! Head massage was bad. What a beautiful reply on this for a customer . I visit this parlour every once a month a year back and I have had the best head massages for 600rs (head massage 20mins , steam 10mins and hair wash) I didn't even explain what exactly happened there to the viewers here! Let me do it now! I came in and asked for head massage you told me to sit without even asking what what oil to use. I sat and u came up with navarathna oil. I was ok with it as u got it in the cup anyways! (I was being polite) and you literally gave massage for 8mins and asked PODHUMA? I said do it for another two mins(I was polite still)! And you asked me for my band and put on it and that's it. I asked how much and u told 700! No steam no head wash and 700 for my short Hair?? U think u can reply anything u want and get away from this?? First know how to keep up with customers. I was still very polite and asked for an explanation u came up with gst cost extra and all! All I wanted was a good service for what price u put! I have visited many parlour who charge exact for what they provide and I literally went with my oily head to my home by walk!!! Also pls keep no nails to massage! Being polite still! I used to tip my masseuse every single time after it's done! Money is not the matter here! Pls provide the service what we pay for! That's why a review. Hope you change that next.

I came to this spa. They charged 1850 for 1 hr. Oil massage. But the Thearapist finished in 30 mins.and went to attend another customer.

First of all, when you walk to this salon, it gives great vibes owing to the ambience, smiling staff and the feels. Everyone working there are extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. They really care to give you the best of service possible. I got treated with hairspa and facial that was excellent. Thanks mirror salon for their amazing services and commendable hospitality.

Very good and affordable Saloon in the area. Recently visited this Saloon just to try out and was very much satisfied with their service. Especially this guy named Anno is really fabulous in his work. He have worked for Tony n Guy for more than 5 years. This Saloon is no more less then some famous saloons like Jawed Habib and Tony n Guy in terms of service and the prices are affordable.

Really appreciate every staff.Must try. Front office communication was amazing. Special thanks to Nila,who take therapy for pain relief. Thanks a lot mirror unisex saloon.
